Corporate Culinary Team Building Offer

 

Below you can find our most requested Culinary Team Building formats. Based on our experience one of those programs will satisfy your expectation. Our classes are fun educational and highly enjoyable. On top of those programs we can create a talor made program to your team needs.

The Chef’s Challenge (hands-on; starting from *55 Euro +TVA per person)

 

The Chef’s Challenge allows you to work and compete with your colleagues and friends

in the most entertaining way – while creating a fabulous feast!

 

Your group will be split into teams of four or five people. Each team will get a recipe or two,

depending on the chosen cuisine, and after a few minutes spent discussing your dishes and

cooking strategies then you will go and gather your ingredients.

 

Once you have your ingredients, its game on. For the first half of your cooking challenge, Chef Henrik will be on hand with tips and advice. After that, there’s no more free help or advice. A team will need to ‘buy’ further help from the Chef, which means a slight deduction of points from their cooking score. This isn’t as bad as it sounds – a special tip or trick could give you the edge over your competitors.

Once all of the dishes have been completed, you will serve and garnish them using our plates and bowls – and all of your creativity! Then it’s time to relax and enjoy a glass of wine, before moving into the dining area to enjoy an amazing meal Created by you and your team!

 

The Chef will give a light-hearted summary of everything that happened during the cooking segment – funny things can happen when you cook. Each team will then judge their competitors’ dishes, Additional point will be given by the Chef and the winner of the event will be announced. The winning team shall receive a gift provided by the organizer.

 

The current themes of The Chef’s Challenge are as follows. (Note that the choice of dishes can be tailored to your own preferences. Please inform us of food intolerances or other requirements and we will adjust the menu to suit your needs.)

Mystery Box Challenge (hands-on; starting from *65 Euro +TVA per person)

 

In this ultimate group challenge, participants are divided into teams of four or five people that each receives a box of food and utensils, along with some instructions. Each team must choose a team name and use their collective creativity to plan a meal using the items in their box, and then cook up a storm.

 

Chef will assess how well the members of each team work together; right up until your beautifully plated food is presented for consumption. Your creations will be judged and then eaten accompanied by a glass of wine, after which Chef Henrik will reveal the final scores and the winning team, to whom a prize will be awarded.

 

You can choose your preferred main ingredients like salmon, beef, pork, lamb etc…

Battle of the Bites (hands-on; starting from *45 Euro +TVA per person)

It is the perfect theme for larger groups (15 & up). Participants are divided into teams of 10 people. Each group receive the same menu and ingredients. All utensils are provided along with some instructions.

The tapas type of food items will be created & displayed by each team. Creativity and inspiration is a necessary ingredients to win the “Battle of the Bites”! Your creations will be judged and then eaten accompanied by a glass of wine, after which Chef Henrik will reveal the final scores and the winning team, to whom a prize will be awarded.

 

All participants will receive a chef hat and a personalized diploma.

Corporate Culinary Team Building FAQs

 

  • The duration of your event will be between 2½ and 5 hours, which includes cooking in the kitchen and consuming your food companied with a glass of vine.

  • Participants do not need to bring anything, but they should wear closed, flat shoes to avoid any slipping or burns from spillage.

  • We will provide all necessary ingredients and utensils.

  • The price includes two drinks for each participant. More drinks can be arranged on request.

  • Certificate of Participation will be handed to each participant and Diploma for the winning team.

  • Personalized aprons will be given for use or keep as a souvenir for extra fee.

  • Venu location is depending on the size of your team.

  • Off site location charges will be quoted and added based on the event location.

  • We shall send you our proposed menu based on your selection.

  • Personalized quotation will be given for each event.
